Alicia is my daughter. However, I have watched her care for small children and see her devotion to their care. She cared for two toddlers for a week in our home. I helped by providing transportation, but other than that she was pretty much on her own. She came up with games, bathed them, fed them, etc. She did an excellent job and I am sure that anyone who hires her would be completely satisfied with her.
