About Alicia

I am an International Nanny Association Credentialed Nanny. I have a college Certificate in Early Childhood Development, have been trained as a Newborn Care Specialist (NCS), and am CPR and first aid certified for infants and children. I have worked with wonderful families over the years, nannying for children ages 6 months through 9 years. Your child's safety, comfort, and progression through their developmental milestones is my top priority. My goal is to facilitate an environment where children can learn through play, and explore the world around them. I try to foster a love of nature and spend a lot of time outdoors. I also provide household management for families. My husband and I have been married for 20 years and we have a 16-years-old son. I homeschooled him from K-3, and enjoyed fostering a love of learning and curiosity. I love to live a healthy lifestyle and enjoy hiking, gardening, and e-biking. 10 years working with children, some of it volunteer work in schools, etc.

Alicia has been watching my son since he was 15 months old and he loves her. I can tell he looks forward to seeing her and he is always giggling when they are together. Alicia is always on time and is professional with her communication with me. She is so easy to work with and talk to. As a new Mom, I've also learned a few tricks of the trade by watching her.
