Most of my care experience has been with children however in my childcare journey I have taken care of so many families' pets as well. I have taken care of cats, dogs, donkeys, chickens, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, and rats. Growing up I always wanted to be a veterinarian until I learned that would mean at some point I might have to put the animals down, the idea of this broke my heart so I pursued other academic pursuits instead. I'm also the proud caretaker for my own little fur babies: three cats, Texas Pete, Cholula, and Frank.
