Alicia was employed thru my agency for almost a decade. I closed my business and relocated. She was always prompt and attentive to detail. Never had to ask or remind her to follow thru with task and she was quick to take initiative to perform responsibilities that were not her own. She worked with children ages two-to adults aged 65 with profound developmental and physical disabilities. Performing supervision, skills instruction, assisting with personal care needs, support for school events and offering aide while clients attended work. Dependable, trustworthy, responsible adult with a creative imagination and ability to connect with those she works with.
