About Alicia Raquel

Hello, my name is Alicia, and I am 24 years old. I moved to Texas five years ago and am currently pursuing a degree in Social Work and Psychology at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). I have been babysitting since I was 15 years old, starting with families on the Columbus Air Force Base where I cared for two children, ages 7 and 3. Over time, I transitioned into a nanny role for one of the families and continued in that position for four years. In addition to my personal experience, I have worked at a daycare, and my mother was a daycare director for most of my childhood, which further shaped my understanding of early childhood development. Most recently, I served as a nanny for a family with a1-year-old girl, gaining valuable experience in infant care.
