About Alicia

I'd describe my personality as easy going, kind, genuine. I'm looking for a job that is either full time or can pay enough to make it worth being part time. At the end of the day making a livable wage is most important I started working with kids when I was 13. I started babysitting neighbors kids, then I started being a co teacher in Sunday school classes at 14, by 15 I was in charge of the toddler class at church on Sundays and Wednesdays. I also had a sibling born when I was 10 so I spent most of my teenage years tending to him after school, on weekends, and during the summer. 16 I started babysitting for a family of 4 kids one night every two weeks. At 18 I worked in a children's shelter, at 21 I started working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and have been doing that ever since. One thing you should know about me is that I tend to focus on having fun with children. I like to turn everything into a game or race.
