Where do I even start about how extraordinary Alicia's care has been? Alicia is a very kind, compassionate, caring , dependable and trustworthy care provider. Alicia has been a wonderful set of hands with the kids and a joy to have in are household. She is experienced with ages infant - school age and multiples. Finding someone to leave with an infant or child with health needs is such a hard / rare thing to be comfortable with. Alicia has been very understanding and empathetic. I love the fact that she a great communicator and has a very impressive health care background. I know that god forbid if an emergency was going to happen I can trust her to handle the situation. It is such a joy to see her interact with the children. From self soothing a colicky infant and making sure the needs are satisfied to diffusing a toddlers tantrum. She is not afraid to get on the ground and get dirty. She is a ball of energy and make sure the children development milestones are being worked on.
