About Aliciana

I'd describe my personality as kind, easygoing and fun! I like working with kids because we can learn more from kids than we know and they can learn from us which makes it a win-win. Kids inspire me to be my best self everyday. I'm looking for a job that makes me want to come to work! I enjoy working so It means more if it's something I love to do. I started working with kids when covid started, parents had to go remote and it was hard for parents to work from home and take care of their children as well. In my spare time, I like to watch movies! I'm a big fan of Disney Movies especially, I love something that can grasp my attention! My skills include being able to grasp a child's attention, understanding children and their emotions, and being able to communicate with children. I have references and Certifications under NYS Department of Children and Family Services and from the University of Albany. I believe I will be a candidate worth pursuing!
