About Aliciana

Hi, my name is Aliciana, and I bring several years of hands-on experience as a compassionate and dependable caregiver. I've worked extensively in one-on-one home care, providing full support with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, cleaning, meal prepping, transportation to appointments, medication reminders and administration, and continence care. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, and I always prioritize safety and well-being in every situation In addition to private care, I spent two years working in a facility setting, where I supported both independent residents and individuals with dementia. During that time, I transitioned into an activities role, where I planned and led engaging programs to improve residents' mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
