I have experience doing personal care for down syndrome. I helped him on and off the bus, transfers in and out of his wheelchair, I made meals, bath time, and helped with physical therapy. I have tutored ADHD first grader and helped her with her homework pages and reading. I truly believe that special kids deserve some special care in the form of a caring person who treats them like the kids they are instead of like there's something different about them. I'm very caring and compassionate and will do everything to make sure your child feels like they are special, not because of their handicap, but because they are who they are.
