About Alicia

I'm passionate about helping children learn, grow, and thrive. I have a degree in psychology with an emphasis on child development and four years of experience working with children of all ages. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I love to play games and have fun with kids. I also have experience working with children with autism as a Registered Behavior Technician. I believe that every child is unique and deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. As a caregiver, I strive to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop. I am also committed to working closely with parents to ensure that their child's needs are met. I'm happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and swimming supervision. I'm also willing to follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules and communicating about their child's day.
