About Alicia

Hello, My name is Alicia and I am 18 years old. I've always been passionate about helping the growth of children. This passion started in my early years when I would assist gymnastics classes and help kids learn new skills. I am confident in my ability to meet the needs of each child individually. I have a calm demeanor as well as creativity and imagination. Effective communication with parent/guardians is definitely important to me, which is why I provide regular updates for the child or follow their preferred communication method. I am comfortable with enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and safe environment. From outdoor activities to board games/video games, I enjoy a wide range of activities that cater to different interests and age groups. I am also pet friendly, I own 2 dogs and 1 cat.
