I am a 53-year-old compassionate and experienced caregiver specializing in older adults. I am committed to improving clients' overall quality of life by caring for them. I can assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders and support, companion and emotion support, mobility assistance, and transportation assistance. My experience is not just professional, but deeply personal. Over the past 10 years, I have been a caregiver for my aging parents, understanding the challenges and joys that come with this role.
