Hello! My name is Alicia and I am 22. I am currently majoring in Early Childhood Education at Rowan University. A fun fact about me is I currently work for Disney as a Programs Representative for my school! I have worked in a daycare setting as well as with over 10 families both short and long-term through Care. I have a little over 2 1/2 years of experience with children ages infant-school aged. My more unique experiences are with infant/toddler twins, travel nannying, and overnight care. However, I also do date nights, part-time nannying and even pet sitting! I am smoke-free, pet-friendly (minus snakes lol!), CPR/First Aid Certified, and have my own transportation (a car who's name is Maxwell hehe.) I find that using gentle parenting techniques grants me the best results in bonding with the children in my care! Alicia is such a wonderful caregiver. It was bittersweet that my son had an opening for a daycare because we absolutely LOVED her. She was extremely patient, kind, and gentle with my son - he was so happy to see her come each morning. She was very respectful of our home, time and energy for mother and baby. 15/5 starts for Alicia! You will not regret hiring her
