I have en extremely active, impulsive 4 year old. I'm very particular about who cares for my kids. Alicia kept him occupied and well supervised. She did all kinds of activities with him and took him out to the park and the store. She had zero trouble keeping up with him. At the end of the day, he was telling everyone, "I had so much fun!" It gives me joy to see him enjoying his day with a safe, kind caregiver. I will definitely have Alicia care for him again if I need someone.
