About Alicia

As a caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing the growth and development of children. This is evident in my 4 years of full time teaching as both a substitute and a teacher. I've had the privilege of supporting families in both the personal and academic environments and providing reliable childcare. My experience in a full time teaching position for the past four years allows me to master a genuine and professional approach to children through my classroom management experience, so I'm comfortable enforcing household rules. However, I am now burnt out with dealing with hoards of children, with the top paying schools paying in the lowest earning zip codes, As an active duty military spouse, it is my goal to make the most of every place we are stationed, and that for me over the past few years has been working with the children and families of our community. For effective communication, I follow the parents' preferred method and can provide regular updates throughout the day.
