About Alicia

Hello, my name is Alicia and I'm here to ease the stress of busy parents. My most recent job was as a lead infant teacher for a daycare in Austin. Most days I cared for eight infants (2-12 months), however I also worked with children up to four years at that location. I have first aid training and am comfortable working with children with special needs. I have 7 years experience with infants. I have three young nieces and have been involved in their lives since their births. If my experience has taught me anything, it's that parents and caregivers need to collaborate in order to create a nurturing environment, unique to each child's needs. I also understand the importance of punctuality and schedules, and of course flexibility as children mature and adjustments are necessary. I'm very comfortable around animals.
