Alicia was our live-in nanny for over 2 years, and she is absolutely wonderful! Kids naturally take to her kindness and friendly nature. She could not be more passionate about providing the best care, and doing whatever is needed to achieve this. She has a natural intuition about kids' needs. While living with us, she was always respectful about our privacy. She is insightful and mature. I have nothing but great things to say about her time with us, and I know that any family who's childcare she will be involved in will feel the same. A must pick!!
