Hi! Thank you for checking out my profile. So, both of my Mother's parents came to live with us in 2009. My Grandfather was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and my Grandmother suffered a brain injury that resulted in Dementia. I helped my Mother take care of them for many years, and although it was a tough situation, I would not trade a second. I have experience with bathing, changing, feeding, supervising, and providing companionship for the elderly, along with extensive clinical experience. I am currently a Patient Care Tech at Johns Hopkins Hospital where I care for surgical/trauma/orthopedic patients. I appreciate the elderly and adore them in so many ways. I love listening to their stories and keeping them company. I just hope the future generations can show me the same kind of love and compassion when I reach that age!
