About Alicia

I am a health & wellness instructor who comes from a big family 5 younger brothers & 2 sisters. Having fun with engaging games, and routines & organization is second nature. I've worked with families, daycares, and middle-high schoolers in after-school programs and Mental Health Week events. My tasks included light cleaning up, meals & snacks, playtime (pool & park), bath & bedtime. I can prepare bottles, handle car seats, diaper hygiene, diaper bags & moods of younger infants (tired, hungry, crabby, teething). I most recently taught 100+ first graders for Explore Day at an Elementary School, I am confident in encouraging children through positive self-talk, guidance patience. I am CPR, trauma-informed certified, and Raising Conscious Kids certified, and currently, I am enrolled in a clinical health degree for the last 4 1/2 years. I graduate in Jan 2025.
