Alice was our nanny for about 2 years. She took care of my son from the time he was 6 months old until he was over 2 years old. She was loving, supportive, responsive & reliable. She was fully engaged with my son at every stage: She would get down on the floor to play with toys, read him dozens of books every day, held him when he struggled to sleep, & played outside with him. She kept things clean, prepared food, & took care of all of us! She became family & it was sad to leave her to move far!
