About Alice

Hello! I've been working with kids for five years now! I am organized, kind and resilient. I have worked with kids from 5 months old to 11 years old during this time. I'm used with the BLW method and Montessori for babies/toddles. I'll always use the positive discipline method with the kids because I believe that is the best way for them to learn about life. I value respect as well as honest and clear communication. I am an active person that loves the outdoors activities. I like doing crafts, playing games/puzzles and cooking with the kids. I believe these activities are really important for the kids development and I'm all for it! I am looking for a side job, ideally mornings starting at 7:30/8:00 a.m. until 12 p.m. M, T, Th and Fridays starting at 3 p.m. I have no availability on Wednesday since I am in school and have classes all day on Wednesdays.
