I own several Care homes and Alice has worked at these homes over the past couple of years. She is a very compassionate, loving, caring and very patient caregiver. Alice understands working with residents who have dementia and also diabetic residents and many other illnesses. She is an excellent cook and we loved having her be part of our team.
