About Alice

I am a retired teacher with 40 years of experience. I also have a considerable amount of experience with the elderly population. I cared for my uncle full time, which provided him comfort at home. I attended to his daily living activities and needs, including dressing, meal prep, grocery shopping, laundry, and housekeeping. Recently, I was a companion to an elderly woman in an assisted living facility. I assisted with her using her walker in the facility and on outings. I delivered groceries as needed and accompanied her to her activities. I worked on her fine and gross motor skills as well as keeping her cognitive skills intact. I am seeking a part-time position as a companion to assist an elderly person. I hope to provide joy, loving care, and supervision in the senior's life. I find this type of work very rewarding.
