About Alice

My experience is working 36 years in a hospital on an acute care unit, providing care to many patients with diagnoses of terminal care to infection and disease. While having my daughters, I took a less stressful job in an area nursing home for 6 years which I found satisfaction in attending to the residents and getting to know their families. I am reliable, easy to get along with, and I take pride in doing a good job. Don't let my age fool you. I am physically active and strong. I am currently doing home care and finding much satisfaction in getting to know the patient as well as the family members. I have been encouraging exercise and have been very successful in my ability to pursued patients into moving and strengthening. But also know- I was in acute care for many years, so I do know how to take care of the body and mind, whether through healing or end of life care.
