About Alice

I have worked at a swim school for almost 2 years and work with kids regularly, many of them having special needs such as autism. I am CPR and first aid trained, and I have a babysitting certification. I babysit every once in a while. I believe in open communication with parents and prefer to follow their preferred method of contact. I also can update regularly via text or phone calls to ensure that parents are always informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. Enforcing household rules comes naturally to me and I am consistent with holding boundaries.
