Alice is truly special. She takes great pride in her work to care for others. She took excellent care of my grandfather who was on hospice at home. She really filled his last days with such quality of care and compassion. Due to his advanced stage of dementia- it was a very difficult & demanding job. We hired many skilled & experienced professionals and they could not handle it. From the moment Alice first walked in, she gained my grandpas trust immediately. She made him laugh & feel loved. She treated him like her own family member. She was able to identify difficult behaviors and managed & de escalated the situation effectively. My husband & I are both medical professionals and we were impressed at Alice's reliable clinical skill set. We could rest assured knowing that grandpa was in great hands with Alice there. She would notify us when his condition changed, and initiate the appropriate best steps.
