About Alianna

I'm a caring and experienced childcare provider with a genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development. With two years of experience, I've gained expertise in caring for children of various ages. The last year I've watched my two twin brothers who are also nonverbal. Since taking over as their primary caregiver during the day they have flourished enough to join VPK in early August. I am currently working on my early childhood development degree. I understand the importance of clear communication with parents and keep them updated on their child's day. I typically take pictures throughout the day of the variety activities the child and I are taking apart of and sending them to the parent(s). I love to engage children in both outdoor and indoor activities that help them learn, and boost creativity. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured environment for the children, as well as following and enforcing previously set rules by the parent(s).
