Hi! My name is Alia and I am 22 years old. I just graduated from The University of Utah with B. S. in Psychology and Family, Community, & Human Development. During the school year, I have worked at a child care center called UKids that provides high quality, affordable child care for student families at the University of Utah. I also have experience teaching elementary school children from diverse backgrounds in an after school setting. Right now, I am interning at a social and emotional learning preschool. Not only do I love playing and having fun with kids, but I also take great joy in encouraging them to be their best. Aside from my schoolwork and job, I enjoy going on runs, going to the beach, hanging out with friends, singing, and having philosophical discussions with all kinds of people. Alia was the first caretaker we ever hired for our daughter. We were thrilled with how it worked out. Alia was prompt, flexible, and respectful. She was sweet and engaging with our child and stayed in constant communication regarding any questions or schedule changes. We were sad to say goodbye as our child starts school, but we will definitely see Alia again in future for one-off babysitting needs. Thank you for everything, Alia!
