About Alia

I have a strong background in the educational sector working directly with youth to meet their academic goals through afterschool programs. I have team leadership experience in an elementary and middle school setting in where I was the lead program support for the Boys and Girls Club hosted afterschool program. I'm creative and have an energetic teaching method that helps me engage with students of all ages. I have direct experience working with children who may not be meeting their developmental milestones. I have been recognized for creative problem-solving skills, impeccable organizational and time management skills, and successful contributions to team building strategies. I'd describe my personality as fun, outgoing, charismatic I like working with kids because I have also had a drive to be apart of a village to elevate a child's growth! I have a child of my own & I know the importance of what it takes to raise one.
