About Ali

Hi, my name is Ali. I first started working with youth when I was in high school as a volunteer leader for my local church's middle school youth group, which sparked my passion for being around kids and working with them. I started babysitting for families in my area in about 2015 and have babysat for families with all different age ranges and quantities of children. Summer of 2017 I got a volunteer position as a camp counselor at a local summer camp and continued to work there for 3 more summers. In 2018 I started working full time as the Youth Ministry Intern at the church I previously volunteered at, all while still having side jobs babysitting, petsitting and housesitting for families in my area. I have a gentle and direct approach with children and am able to meet their needs while also maintaining a lighthearted and fun energy.
