I have successfully worked with children with neurodivergencies. I will follow your parenting techniques because parents know best!! I am familiar with food and environmental allergies and sensitivites. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker. I do light housekeeping as requested, and always clean up behind children's projects and meals. I am pet friendly: I can handle kittens to great danes without hesitation. For the most part Algene was on time and consistent. She worked with for us for a while but quit abruptly abandoning her scheduled appointment with us after I spoke to her about my kids being left in soiled clothes and with soiled sheets. We also had to speak about phone use and had to prompt her to help with laundry and cleaning after the kids. She did cultivate a good relationship with my children. But I think she is best suited for older children.
