In my spare time, I like to volunteer, enjoy the ocean and traveling. One thing you should know about me is that I would treat your love one with the same care, and respect that I would my own family! My skills include transferring and ambulatory assistance. Alfred aka Doc made our trip possible! We were traveling to Kauai and wanted to spend family time there for a memorial. Our brother is physically disabled and we needed help in order to bring him with us. Someone referred us to Doc and after several texts back and forth and a phone consultation with him my mind was at ease. I knew we would be in good hands and have the help we needed to make this trip work. I was not wrong! Doc went way above and beyond our expectations. Starting with him picking up wheelchairs we needed before we even landed and then meeting us at the airport to help us transfer my brother and get him in and settled at the place we were staying. Doc was very kind and compassionate. His caring for my often difficult brother was phenomenal! All of his physical care was perfect. His emotional care also was amazing. My brother had such a wonderful trip and we got to just be his sisters and not his caregivers! Added bonus, Doc is funny and loves to tell stories about the island. It was like having a personal tour guide when we went out. I would absolutely hire Doc again without hesitation. I’d go as far as to say that I’d probably schedule my trip around his availability because he was that great!
