Alex has been helping me crawl out from under a mess called my house. It was hard admitting I needed help and how bad I had allowed things to become. Physical limitations played a part in this. It's hard facing those things as we get older. Alex gently encouraged and even pushed me when needed. Still have a way to go but things are looking waaaay better.
