About Alexis

I'm a creative, patient, and experienced childcare provider with three years of experience. My passion for helping children with special needs become more independent and supporting families inspired me to pursue this career. I firmly believe that every child deserves a safe and nurturing environment to grow and thrive. When communicating with parents, I prioritize open and honest communication. I provide verbal updates at pickup and follow their preferred communication method to ensure they're always informed about their child's day. I also believe in the importance of enforcing household rules to create a structured environment for children. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at a time and have experience with various age groups, from toddlers to preteens. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that enhance their learning. With my CPR Training, I'm equipped to handle emergencies effectively.
