I am currently on maternity leave but I will be seeking new positions Summer 2026. My younger sister has cerebral palsy & I have helped care for her my entire life. She is only 14 months younger than me, so I have supported her through all stages of life. While growing up, we attended summer camps designed for individuals with many different types of abilities. I have also coached a special needs cheer team with team members who had cognitive and physical disabilities. I am comfortable with any modifications that are made to make each day enjoyable. If there is assistive technology or other ADLs I am not well trained in, I believe my open mind and attentiveness are what make me a quick learner and I would be happy to be trained in any new types of support. I believe that each day we have the opportunity to have an enriching, positive experience no matter our different needs!
