About Alexis

I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development, which led me to become a childcare provider. With a year of experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to two children, ages 0 to 11. My background includes a college degree and training in Early Childhood Education and CPR. I'm also proficient in American Sign Language (ASL), which I use to communicate with children who are deaf or hard of hearing. I have experience working with special needs children and children with behavioral concerns. As a patient, creative, and friendly caregiver, I enjoy playing educational games with children that promote learning. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, and I always follow their preferred method of communication to discuss their child's day or any issues that arise. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules. I have a car, and I'm comfortable with pets.
