About Alexis

Hi parents, my name is Lexi and I'm an energetic and creative 23-year-old! I recently graduated from Tulane with a degree in architecture, but have always had a passion for childcare. My favorite age group are toddlers, but I have experience with all ages. I'm CPR certified, and have taken online courses in child development. I coached gymnastics for many years when I was younger, and I worked with ages 3-16. I also was a leader at my local Vacation Bible School, and cared for children ages 3-12. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love doing arts & crafts, baking, pretend play, encouraging independent time, and special outings when appropriate. I'm firm but kind, and will work with you on any challenges your child may come to. In my personal time I love to cook, read, play with my dog and and play board games with my friends. I also love to travel! I look forward to meeting you.
