Hey, I am Alexis! I am a 19-year-old student studying Social Work at Grand Canyon University. I am the oldest of 6 children in my family. My siblings are between the ages of 4 and 12 years old. I have 3 sisters, 2 brothers, and 7 first cousins. My large family has given me years of first-hand experience and opportunities to care for children. I used my experience to become a camp counselor and classroom assistant for the YMCA. I am originally from Southern California and moved to Arizona in order to study social work in a Christian environment. I hope to continue to work with and care for children as I make Arizona my home away from home.
