I have worked at a licensed child care facility since 2014. I pride myself on caring for children with a loving and empathetic approach. For the last 3 years I have run a toddler room with children mainly ranging from 18 months to two years but I do have experience working with children of all other ages from newborns to 12 years of age. Over the last five years of working in childcare I have taken many courses and trainings in various areas that ultimately have taught me how to become the best caregiver I can be. I am CPR and First Aid Certified and well as a DCF Mandated Reporter. I recently received my Bachelor's Degree from the University of Connecticut in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences where I have taken many different courses in child development. I am a reliable and responsible caregiver and I have a special love for caring for children.
