About Alexis

As a natural caregiver, I've always been drawn to supporting families and making a difference in children's lives. My passion for childcare grew from my previous babysitting experiences, where I discovered my knack for nurturing and educating young minds. I bring four years of experience to the table, with expertise in caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. My patient and friendly nature creates a safe and comfortable environment for the children in my care. I believe in open communication and regularly update parents on their child's day, both verbally and through written daily reports. My approach to childcare is holistic, focusing on each child's individual needs and interests. I encourage physical activity through outdoor games and sports, stimulate their minds with board games and puzzles, and foster learning through educational games. I also assist with cooking, meal preparation, light housekeeping, carpooling, and travel.
