About Alexis

Hello everyone! I have been working with children for over six years and I especially love getting to interact with children personally. I just finished my freshman year of college and I am in school to become a nurse; I specifically want to go into pediatrics. In the past, I have done various babysitting positions as well as working as a camp counselor and teaching Sunday school to kindergarten. I have volunteered at my brother's elementary school and at Los Robles Hospital. I am CPR+AED certified as well. I have the most experience working with children between the ages of 5-13 due to the previous positions I have held but I am definitely open to working with children of all ages. This summer, I plan on hopefully babysitting quite a bit as well as volunteering at The Thousand Oaks Library and at Casa Pacifica in Camarillo. In the fall, I am studying abroad in Salzburg, Austria and I am so excited to be able to have that experience as I love literature, history, and music.
