About Alexis

I have a natural nurturing instinct and am passionate about creating a safe and very fun environment for kids to learn and grow. I loved filling my children's preschool days with crafts, story time, playgrounds, singing, dancing, sports, baking, field trips, play dates, lots of time outdoors, and adventures. Now that my own children are in elementary school, I am interested in helping another family part-time. I have been a stay at home parent for 10 years. During my time as a stay at home mom, I have gained valuable experience in caring for children, including neurodivergent children. Before becoming a parent, I had a career in health care and owned a small business. I am an active Girl Scout volunteer, youth sports coach, and regularly volunteer at my kids' school. I believe in open communication with parents and am always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the well-being and happiness of the children in my care.
