Well, we never ended up hiring Alexis but we tried to have a second-round, in person interview with her twice. The first time, she cancelled the morning of, letting us know she'd taken another position instead. We were disappointed we'd never gotten to meet her, but that's fine. Then, a couple weeks later, she reapplied for the position, not remembering that she'd applied for it the first time around and we thought we'd give it another shot so scheduled a meeting a few days out. We confirmed the morning of, everyone seemed excited to meet each other, and then the time rolls around and she doesn't show up, or text or call us to let us know that she won't be coming. And when I tried to (politely) message her and let her know we wouldn't be trying to move forward with interviewing her, it seems we were blocked from messaging. Pretty unprofessional approach. Ah well, bullet dodged I guess.
