Being the second oldest of 8 kids in the family, I've had a lot of experience of babysitting kids from the ages of 4-12+ from that alone. Outside of my siblings, I have been babysitting multiple families since I was just 12 years old. I grew up in a tight nit LDS community, so growing up I would be babysitting almost every weekend. I have had multiple nanny jobs in the past and am more than willing to provide references if need be! I just recently moved to Arizona from Utah and am looking a nanny job of any sort.
