Hello! My name is Alexis and I will be moving to the Lansing area in June 2023. I am currently seeking my next nanny opportunity with a wonderful family! I am 23 years old and from southwest Michigan. I love helping kids grow and learn, and I have a passion for taking care of plants too! I enjoy spending my free time with friends and family, exploring new places and plant shops, as well as relaxing at home with my cat. Although I originally planned to pursue a career in elementary education, I will be attending LCC to finish my associates degree through their agricultural technology program, as I have dreams of pursuing a career in permaculture (sustainable agriculture). I have been working as a private nanny for the past three years, for three different families with a range of children from infancy to 7 years old. I also have prior experience as an assistant daycare teacher. I look forward to creating a positive impact through caring for your kiddo(s) and I hope we connect soon :)

We have been fortunate enough to have Ally as our nanny for the past 3 years. During that time, Ally has gone above and beyond in every possible way to help our family and nurture our kids. Ally is always reliable, trustworthy, patient, organized, and prepared. Our kids have loved spending time with Ally and look forward to seeing her every day. Ally always comes ready with different and unique activities that focus on beginning literacy skills, sensory play, kindergarten preparedness, and life skills. She is always on time and is an excellent communicator. She can manage our 2 very energetic and eager little boys with unwavering patience and kindness. Not only is Ally amazing when interacting with our kids, she has been an enormous help around the house with organizing closets and cabinets, maintaining the kids’ laundry, cleaning, and any necessary errands. We are devastated to lose Ally as our nanny, but fully support her decision to move on to this next chapter of her life. If you have the opportunity to hire Ally to be with your children, you should consider your family very lucky.
