Alexis is not only my niece, she has also worked for me in our event industry business. Ever since she was a child Alexis has been extremely responsible, often acting like a "mom" to the rest of the family, whether they be younger or older than her. In my experience she has always been a great communicator. She is very caring, dependable, responsible, needs very little direction and will just take a job and get it done. She seems much older and wiser than her years and I would definitely recommend her.
