About Alexis

As a childcare provider with 13 years of experience, I'm dedicated to fostering children's growth and development. My passion for connecting with families drives me to support every family member in their daily lives. I believe in open communication and follow the parents' preferred method to discuss their child's day or any concerns. My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my creativity and imagination, allows me to engage children in educational and enjoyable activities. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment. From board games to puzzles and educational games, I enjoy playing a variety of games that promote learning and fun. I have a college degree and am a certified teacher. In addition to English, I speak intermediate Spanish and ASL. Furthermore, I'm trained in First Aid and CPR. I'm more than happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision.
