About Alexis

As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. With six years of experience, I've had the joy of caring for children of all ages. My patient and calm demeanor, paired with my creative and imaginative nature, allows me to connect with children and create a nurturing environment. I believe in open communication with parents and keep them updated on their child's day, using their preferred method of communication. While I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, I have experience working with special needs children and have taken coursework in early child development. From outdoor adventures to educational games, I enjoy a variety of activities with children. My skills include First Aid and CPR training, and I'm also a skilled swimmer, offering the opportunity to teach swimming.
