About Alexis

Hi! I'm Alexis and I am currently going to school to obtain my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. I hope to one day be a school teacher or guidance counselor. I love animals and have always had a passion for helping people. I am a hard worker and tend to take pride in my ability to empathize and show kindness to all. I have had previous experience working with children ages 4+. My mom is a teacher, so from a very young age I was in an environment that worked on building the fundamental elements for children to progress in both educational and social emotional development. I have also worked at a tutoring center where we practiced one-on-one with subjects they needed help with. I am currently working part time as a sales associate, however I have a pretty flexible schedule. My current hobby has been volunteering at the animal shelter twice a week. I am excited for any opportunity to get to help people or animals in any way I can.
